A complete design and build transformation of a community centre in Hendon, where the original façade was preserved while creating a modern, flexible space for large scale events and daily community use. The project included open-plan structural works, adaptable classrooms, smart AV technology, a commercial kitchen and was completed four months ahead of schedule, earning the London Master Builders Award 2023 for Best Commercial and Public Sector Project.
